·         We ship via UPS, FedEx and USPS at our discretion. Heavy or large items (Plasma displays, large LCDs, etc.) may go by a freight company.

·         FedEx, UPS and other shippers do not refund freight charges for packages that do not arrive on time due to delays out of their control including but not limited to the following: airline delays; unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment; acts of God; disruptions in air or ground transportation networks, such as weather phenomena; and natural disasters. ·         Signature is required on all packages. 

·         Delivery time does not include time for order processing, product procurement, or credit approval and verification. 

**Plasma display customers:

·         The display must be signed for by the person who’s name is on the credit card.  A valid drivers license is also required for proof of identification.

·         Please inspect the package before you sign for the display.  Make sure there is no visible damage to the packaging or the display before accepting your display.

·         If you are not located near a major metropolitan area or a major airport, there may be extra charges added on to your original rate.

·         Special order mounting equipment will be an additional shipping charge.

·         We also have next day, 2nd day and 3 day delivery options available.  Please contact us to get a shipping quote on these delivery options.

*APO/FPO Customers: Additional shipping charges may be added on due to the number of items and/or size/weight of the products purchased.  This is done due to the wide variety of rates when shipping to APOs.  All APO/FPO military orders ship via the United States Postal Service.

FAQ

Should I order online or by phone?
While we are very happy to answer any of your questions by e-mail or phone, we ask that whenever possible you use the online ordering system to place your order. Our entire business has an Internet-centric design which works optimally when information is submitted online. If, however, you are uncomfortable with the thought of entering your credit card number through the internet, you can call us to order a product. 

What's OEM and how can you offer such low, low prices?
OEM products are the best-kept secret in the PC industry. OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturers. Almost all PC component and software venders make two versions of the same products based on a difference in the distribution channels. One is the retail boxed products sold mainly through retailers. The other is OEM products, which are sold mainly to system builders, such as Compaq and Dell.

Guess who is paying extra for the nice-looking packages you get from the store?

OEM products do not have fancy packaging materials and are often produced in much higher volume, both of which result in much lower prices for the public. The OEM products are of the same quality and often carry the same manufacturer's warranty as their retail counterparts. They also include supporting materials such as manual, cables and drivers when applicable. 

How can I track my shipment?
When you order a product online we will send you an email which provides you with a tracking number. You can then go to www.ups.com and click "track". Enter the number and follow the instructions.   

How long until my product is shipped?
See the "Availability" line in each products description. Most items go out the same day it is ordered, if it is in stock. If it is past 3:00pm US central time it may be shipped the following business day. 

How long until I receive my order?
2-5 days if it is UPS Ground. However, depending on the order size and if it is in stock it could be longer.  Please feel free to call us to check availability.

I live in Illinois; can I come and pick up my order?
While our operations are geared primarily for mail order, we do allow local customers to pick up their orders. However, we strongly encourage walk-in customers to place an online order first before coming to pick up your order; this will save you a significant amount of waiting time. 

What's your return policy?
Return Policy:

Product which is purchased from Ourstore.com must be returned unopened with a valid RA (Return Authorization) number within 10 days of order date to receive a full credit. Ourstore.com and its divisions, reserve the right to charge a minimum 15% restock fee for any reason. Returns MUST be pre-approved by a customer service representative.

 

The following are NOT eligible for credit returns:

  • Plasma displays - unless there is a defect with the unit itself, or it is pre-approved by a customer service representative. 
  • All software products.

 

How to initiate a return:

  • Contact a Customer Service Representative by phone at 800-942-2120, or go to www.ourstore.com and initiate a return utilizing our online RA form.
  • If an RA Number has been issued, the product must be received by us within 7 days of issuance.  
  • Please ship your product back including the RA form that was shipped with your product originally. Please reference the RA number on this form; this will assist us in processing your return quickly and efficiently. We advise that you return product using a traceable shipping method, such as UPS or FEDEX. We are not responsible for product lost in the mail.

o       Unopened Product Returns:

Ø      Available for Factory Sealed (unopened with original packaging) product only.

Ø      You have up to 5 business days from the date you receive the product to contact us for an RA number. This does not include Plasma Displays, LCD Screens, TV’s, Computer Systems, or Software.

Ø      The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Ø      A full refund minus shipping will be issued once product has been inspected and approved.

 

o       Opened Product (Non-Defective) Exchange only:

Ø      Available for opened product that is not defective.

Ø      You have up to 5 business days from the date you receive the product to contact us for an RA number. RA’s of this type will be issued as an in-store credit or exchange only.

Ø      A restock fee will be charged for all opened product. This fee will range from 15%-25% depending on the product being returned.

Ø      The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

 

o       Damaged/Defective Product

Ø      Available for defective product, excluding Plasma Displays, LCD screens or TV’s.

Ø      You have 5 business days from the date you receive the product to contact us for a RA number.  RA’s of this type will be issued a full credit or exchange.

Ø      We will cover return shipping costs and ship the exchanged product back to the customer at no additional charge.

 

o       Damaged/Defective Plasma Displays, LCD Screens, or TV’s

Ø      If you receive a product and it has physical damage, you must refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.  We will ship out the replacement at no expense to the customer.

Ø      If you accept a product and then notice it has physical damage, contact us immediately and we will attempt to process an exchange from the manufacture.  This is solely at the discretion of the manufacture.
