return policy? Product which is purchased from Ourstore.com must be returned unopened with a valid RA (Return Authorization) number within 10 days of order date to receive a full credit. Ourstore.com and its divisions, reserve the right to charge a minimum 15% restock fee for any reason. Returns MUST be pre-approved by a customer service representative.

o Unopened Product Returns: Ø Available for Factory Sealed (unopened with original packaging) product only. Ø You have up to 5 business days from the date you receive the product to contact us for an RA number. This does not include Plasma Displays, LCD Screens, TV’s, Computer Systems, or Software. Ø The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Ø A full refund minus shipping will be issued once product has been inspected and approved.
o Opened Product (Non-Defective) Exchange only: Ø Available for opened product that is not defective. Ø You have up to 5 business days from the date you receive the product to contact us for an RA number. RA’s of this type will be issued as an in-store credit or exchange only. Ø A restock fee will be charged for all opened product. This fee will range from 15%-25% depending on the product being returned. Ø The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
o Damaged/Defective Product Ø Available for defective product, excluding Plasma Displays, LCD screens or TV’s. Ø You have 5 business days from the date you receive the product to contact us for a RA number. RA’s of this type will be issued a full credit or exchange. Ø We will cover return shipping costs and ship the exchanged product back to the customer at no additional charge.
o Damaged/Defective Plasma Displays, LCD Screens, or TV’s Ø If you receive a product and it has physical damage, you must refuse the shipment and contact us immediately. We will ship out the replacement at no expense to the customer. Ø If you accept a product and then notice it has physical damage, contact us immediately and we will attempt to process an exchange from the manufacture.
